Distribution, sharing, resharing, production, reproduction, or any other means of sharing, copying, or producing the information in the toolbox or found on sephoragrey.com or information provided to you by Topping the Curve, with others is strictly prohibited.
Nothing in this toolbox or in any communication, written, spoken, or otherwise, by, to from, or on behalf of Topping the Curve creates a contract with you and Topping the Curve.

Any dispute that may arise in connection with any services provided or offered by Topping the curve, these terms of use, or any other dispute that relates to law school admissions coaching and application packages will go to an arbitration in the venue of choice by Sephora Grey and Topping the Curve and will be considered and arbitrated under the laws of the State of Maryland by an arbitrator licensed to arbitrate such as JAMS or other known entity.
The term “Topping the Curve” as used herein is meant to, and does include Topping the Curve, Sephora Grey, and any of their other personal or business affiliates.
The term “you” as used herein, is meant to, and does include the purchaser, user, or consumer of any product or service provided by or offered by Topping the Curve.
